Caro, the chief of staff. the project manager. the personal assistant. the operations lead.the chief of staff.the project manager.the personal assistant.the operations lead.
An AI assistant for the people who run a company. It reads your email, keeps your calendar, prepares your meetings and brings you decisions already worked out. You approve with a tap. And it builds itself around you.
Invitations are few, by choice: quality and confidentiality come first.
Part of your day isn't your work.
Replying, chasing, reminding, reconstructing what was decided. These tasks are necessary, and they take time away from the decisions you are there to make.
A chief of staff takes them on. Few executives have one. Caro makes one available to anyone who runs a company, from day one and with no integration project.
The work arrives already prepared.
The morning brief
Your day on one page: agenda, who wrote to you, the three things that matter today.
Email, in order
It checks your inbox every five minutes. It flags only what matters and drafts the replies, ready for you to approve.
Your calendar
A clear appointment in an email lands in your calendar. If something is unclear, Caro asks first.
The meeting brief
Who you are meeting, what you said last time, what is still open.
Promises and waiting
It keeps track of what you promised and what people owe you. When a later email settles a point, it closes it too.
The journal
What happened, what was decided, what is left for tomorrow.
Use it from the web app or from Telegram, with approvals on buttons. Every message Caro sends says it was written by an assistant and carries a signature.
A product that grows around you.
No two people get the same Caro. It builds itself around how you work, and the longer you use it, the closer the fit.
It learns who matters
People, companies, projects: Caro builds a page for each from your email and calendar, and uses it before your next meeting.
It learns what it can do alone
After the same action is approved a few times, Caro offers to take it over. You choose, and you can take it back.
Panels you describe in words
Say what you want to see on your page. Caro builds it and refreshes it every morning.
A news digest from one sentence
Describe what you want to follow. Caro picks the sources, writes the issue and refines it with your “more like this, less like this”.
To-dos in plain sentences
Write “quote to Rossi tomorrow” and it becomes a task, with a reminder when you want one.
Your own morning brief
Choose what goes into it, in what order, at what time. The brief becomes yours.
You decide what it does alone.
Caro starts cautious and earns autonomy only where you give it. Every step shows in your approvals and in the morning brief.
- 1
Proposes
It prepares the action and shows it to you. You look and decide.
- 2
Acts with your OK
One tap and it goes. Emails leave after five minutes, with Undo.
- 3
Acts and tells you
Only for things you have approved several times, and only if you choose it.
Sensitive data never travels in the clear.
Placeholders in place of data
Before text reaches the model, emails, phone numbers, IBANs and tax codes are replaced. The text stays readable, the data stays with you.
Passwords stay safe
The credentials you entrust are encrypted and entered by a program, only on the right site. The AI never sees them.
Built for Europe
Developed between Turin and London, with data and AI designed for the European framework: GDPR and the AI Act.
Today it works for you. Tomorrow it coordinates the work around you.
Caro grows with the maturity of the technology, one step at a time. Each step follows measured reliability, and the decisions that matter stay with the person in charge.
Caro works for you
Email, calendar, meetings, commitments. Every day it learns how you work, who matters and what is important.
Caro works for your team
More people in the company have their own Caro. What is decided and learned flows into a shared memory, and knowledge no longer lives in one person's head.
Caro coordinates the departments
Administration, purchasing, sales, customer service: each department has its own assistants. Caro assigns the work, checks it and reports. They first propose, then act with approval, then act and report.
A company that runs on its own knowledge
Assistants do the repetitive work. People focus on what needs judgment, relationships and choices. The decisions that matter stay with those in charge.
For the people who carry the responsibility of the company.
CEOs, general managers, owners and heads of function, in companies from a few dozen to a few hundred people. Where the day is full of people, email and deadlines, and a dedicated assistant is missing.

Do I have to change my tools?
No. Caro works on top of the email, calendar and tools you already use: Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, Google Calendar, Slack, Todoist and Google Tasks. You talk to Caro from the web app or from Telegram.
Can it write in my name without my knowing?
By default, no: it prepares and waits for your OK. After seeing the same actions approved several times, it offers to do them on its own and tell you. Payments, legal matters, attachments, new contacts and messages to several recipients always stay with you. One word, “stop”, switches everything off.
What happens to my data?
Caro reads the email and calendar you connect. Before text reaches the model, emails, phone numbers, IBANs and tax codes are replaced by placeholders. Passwords you entrust are encrypted and entered by a program on the right site: the AI never sees them. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Do I need the IT department?
No. You connect with your own account in a few minutes, with nothing to install. If your company has specific security rules, they are discussed together before starting.
Which language does Caro speak?
Today the app speaks Italian.
How much does it cost?
Access to the beta is by invitation. The price is set together with the first executives who use Caro.
Who is behind Caro?
TBD Technologies, a European technology company based between Turin and London. Caro is its first product.
